15+ Days Before Travel Date: Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the travel date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
7 to 14 Days Before Travel Date: Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days before the travel date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Within 7 Days of Travel Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain special packages, promotions, or services may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. Refunds are not applicable for:

Last-minute deals or special promotions
Non-refundable hotel or transportation bookings
Any services already rendered or partially used
3. Refund Process
